Truffle Season

June – August (subject to seasonal availability)

Canberra is quickly becoming a renowned truffle producing area. Join us during the winter months to get a taste of the wonderful truffles from truffle farmer Jayson at The Truffle Farm in Majura.  Truffles will feature on selected dishes on both our 4 course menu and our degustation menu.

Bastille Day Festivités – Friday 14th July

French Food | Truffles | French Wine | Interactive cheese and dessert station

Hear from chef John Leverink and sommelier Kate Hibberson about the French influences in this ‘Modern French’ menu including truffles from The Truffle Farm, and insights into the revered wine regions across France and our hand picked wine selections for the night.

Cheese expert (and legitimate Frenchman!) Olivier Bruge of Mart Delicatessen will host the evening, sharing some history on the famous day as well as talking through his délicieux French cheeses included on the menu — and providing advice on the ‘correct and courteous’ way to cut cheese!

It’s all topped off with beautiful French provincial styling by Lean Timms and a playlist designed by Olivier to set the mood.
